For BCG final round interviews, is it okay to repeat behavioral stories between the two interviews or should I be prepared with two separate stories for the same topic if asked in both interviews (e.g “tell me about a time you led a team”)

I am a CPA in the process of trying to switch to tech sales. I was in the process of trying to schedule a second interview with a tech company and got ghosted. Is this happening alot because of the recession? Should I keep following up?

Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? Hey guys! I’m looking to shift careers. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 7 years now. Before that I’ve worked in an office, retail, banking, sales and was a correctional officer. I have a BA in criminal justice that I have yet to use. I really want an office job that pays well, but I’ve had no luck finding someone to hire me, actually even getting an interview most likely due to lack of experience. I went through six rounds of interviews including putting together a 30 minute presentation which I presented to the whole team. The whole process took about six weeks. I turned down another lead position at a different company waiting. After all that they told me that hiring for this role was on hold until further notice. I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.

I was on a partner/manager call today and they were discussing the “high” turnover at the senior and experienced associate level. What was shocking is that while ours is about double normal, evidently we are 3 out of 4 in turnover meaning 2 of the Big 4 are even higher.

Good amount of BA Directors around 60 or older that I know. Agencies probably aren’t thinking about it but they need to work on the next generation soon. Great time to elevate some Sr level people to Associate Directors.
