For McKinsey, if you mess up on the math part of the case, does it kill the interview? How much can be overlooked in the scheme of both a PEI and case?

It does not. Build that rapport. I messed up a math thing in my final round interview but we had clicked so well in the rest of the interview that the partner didn't care and actually ended the case there. Said it was fine, that was good, we don't have to go through the rest of the case. We just talked about bschool vacation trips and her children the rest of the interview.

I made a minor math slip up in one of my first round interviews, but nailed everything else. Got it as a feedback point before final round. My experience was that it was only tolerated in 1st, and not final, round interviews.

Kill you at Accenture if your trying for strategy same for McK, Baine and BCG, bar higher for strategy

Technically, if you score a bit below the bar on the math you can still get through if you do well elsewhere. If you totally fuck it, like even after help still can't get it, I think "technically" that's it. I say "technically" because theoretically the interviewer could record whatever rating they want regardless of how you perform. They're not supposed to but could.

Hi, I applied for a BFSI domain consultant position at TCS through Linkedin. Next day two people took my interview and said they are good to go with my profile. I might have one more tech round and HR will contact. After 4-5 days HR sent Ibegin link to create my profile and update details. Then it's been 3 weeks no other update. Whenever I contact the person who took my interview he keep saying its in process please wait. Is it normal procedure in TCS? How long usually takes.

There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. On one hand I don’t want to waste time prepping for all positions and rather put that time only for the ones that I have going on, on the other hand I feel like what is that falls through. Wondering if I’m making the right choice

Interviewing for a CSM role. Need to present a mock case study to customers. Gist of it is that the customer is advertising with us, doing well, but also doing well advertising with another company. Im assuming the presentation should consist of a performance review, why they should stay with us, and upsell potential. I’ve never done anything like this.

What usually goes into these presentations? What kinds of questions should I prep for?
Any videos on example presentations on tips?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been working as a contract TAS for 6 months in a medical device company. I started part time and as it became busier/my trainer quit, I became full-time. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. For the salary expectation, I put in 85k which is in the range. I’m currently at 64k which is below the minimum of the range. Is this realistic?
