It need not be 100k, but it is a travesty that it is 0 (and most of the frontline workers not being employees) for such successful companies.
No idea where you get this 100k number from. To be eligible you'd have to be working 30+ hour/week and at a certain job level. Most roles at fulfilment/delivery probably don't meet the level requirement. That said, the other benefits are ok
