Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC. So I’m only contributing to 401k enough to get employer match, and I’m saving an additional ~20% and putting 90% of that into my vanguard mutual funds.
