What's your commute time to work?
Hello Fishes,
I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.

Yes, please answer this person in great detail for those of us in the audience
They probably left the bowl when they changed industries
I’ve been working for decades, and during that time I’ve changed careers and industries dozens of times. Book publishing, news reporting, magazine editing, police dispatcher, cable TV show executive producer, public relations, etc. I was fortunate to graduate way before the Internet and AI, so it was easier to find jobs and apply my skills to many different industries. As I prepare to retire, I’m establishing a good side job that incorporates not just my skills but my passions. It’s never too late to start exploring new careers. Don’t just follow the money. Follow your passions.

Even if you are just thinking about it, what or how do you plan your exit?
I left to go client side. It was stable, but incredibly dull. People were nice but not interesting. Work was steady but totally uninspiring. The amount of bureaucracy was staggering. I eventually came back to agency world, which I never thought I would do. But here we are.
Even amid the craziness and stupidity that permeates our industry I have to admit that I enjoy my day to day more than I did on the client side. Work is nuts but it's fun. Everyone is different and it may be a great fit for some, just know that the grass really is always greener on the other side of the fence.
