For those exiting MBB after 2-3 yrs post MBA: what offers are you guys seeing out there in terms of salary/comp? what should I think of as a good offer for MCOL (dallas, austin, atlanta)?

Do you think women in the industry are paid lesser as compared to men.
Out of personal experience ,I can see that during compensation discussion HR person tries to convince a women candidate for a lesser package . Now this could also be the case where it is much easier to convince women to take up the job for lesser salary.
Whereas the male team member gets paid high (same YOE , same number of switch , similar prev CTC) though women are equally or more talented sometimes.

I have 5 YOE and make $176k base and $215k all in. My primary background is in analytics but not machine learning. I’m in Chicago. When applying to new jobs (trying to stay in Chicago), no one is really able to offer me higher pay. Am I priced out of a higher paying job given my location, YOE, or something else?
