For those in big4 firms or FAANG, does Lean/Six Sigma certification ls help or are they desired? I had 1 mentor recommend it, but I haven’t seen anyone else mention these certifications or require their knowledge for a role.

Wife doesn’t like her job at her law firm (2YoE). She wants to have kids sooner rather than later and we had agreed that we would both be working parents.
