It depends on your specific profile. You can easily calculate this.

If you're single and contribute 10% to a regulgar 401(k), $3000 to an HSA and some pay for some health benefits, you should pay total taxes of around $25,800 on $100,000 income (fed, state, city, payroll).

As you earn more, you'll move into higher income tax brackets and the tax will go up signficantly quickly. For example, anything in excess of $200k is taxed at 50%.

When it hit 110k before the pandemic state and city tax will be about 9% of your earnings. The rest you can calculate yourself. Use the calculator on smartasset to estimate. They are within 50-75 of actual

Anyone please help me understand what would be my monthly salary that will get credited, with/without the tax deduction on monthly basis.

And I'm new to all this I don't know what is variable pay, basic etc. Please help understand this by writing few description on above points. Also by submitting the home rent agreement how much will be saving, and will that only be sufficient or i can add more bills to avoid the dedication. If yes what types of bills i can submit like fuel bills etc.

Based on the Gross salary offered I have calculated the in hand salary per month would be around 152000 considering 150000 in 80C, 50000 in NPS and 200000 deductions due to home loan interest. Total tax liability is around 400000. Any other options do I have to save tax further (other than HRA, LTA)? Thanks in advance.
