I got the impression this was a small but fast growing team on the west coast, and the work sounds like a combination of product, agile delivery, and roadmap dev. But, as an outsider to the firm, I’d be curious for EY-ers’ thoughts/perceptions on the practice. Is it generally well regarded? How is the practice leadership & culture? Is it truly a hot/growing market like my interviewers have portrayed it as?

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I have an interview coming up for a Case Manager position for the in-home care company. I would have 16 patients in my caseload 9 locally & 6 out of town. The company said the case managers are the backbone to their organization. Is the workload much greater than the in home nurse? Would a Case Managers make more an hour bc of their leadership decisions & caseload they are responsible for? In Indeed the ranges for salary varied. What would you negotiate for in NW Ohio area?

Does anyone have knowledge of the financial crimes practice in KPMG? I am interviewing for a position to move there from a current forensics position. The KPMG recruiter explained that its an extremely small practice and I wouldn't be doing a lot of the "grunt" work any more like clearing alerts in AML etc. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what this practice really does? Online info is not that descriptive. Also, is the 80-100 percent travel really true or is a bit less?
