The fact that I find every minute of this job to be taxing probably indicates that public accounting just isn't my long term path but curious as to why others like it. Especially when it's typically a ton of hours and if you have any interests outside of work (for me, I have a creative passion which I hope will become a moneymaker someday), then not much time for that.

Pros/cons of having both a manager and senior manager on a job?

Only senior on a demanding client, managing multiple staff and managers.
