For those who work at PWC are you fully remote with the option to go into the office? I am looking at applying to some jobs within Deals and all postings are “remote.” Does this mean the job can be fully remote with the occasional travel to clients (I think most said up to 40% travel)?

I know that there are “3-ways of working” and I just wasn’t sure if remote meant you could work fully remote as that seems to be the default for all postings.

I cleared Accenture interview and today got an email to upload documents on their portal. Also, got a call from HR and she asked about the salary expectations and other details. And few minutes later I found that my profile has been put on hold.

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. Are you traveling during the pandemic or have client interactions been virtual? Lastly, if you are a consultant here, are you on billable hours? At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. I am the sole provider for my family and value quality of life and stability. I have some interview requests from other FAANG companies that I know pay more but I worry about starting over. Boomer. I am in between jobs. Laid off in 10/21 after 16+ yrs, with an ABA firm. RIF. Still on excellent terms. Took my time living off generous package and didn’t seriously start applying until 01/22. Made a rookie mistake and accepted first offer.
Turns out job wasn’t as advertised. Mutual parting of ways 3/22. Due diligence is critical.
Now interviewing a LOT. Some temp work, I still have “it”. I relate to all gens. Willing to mentor AND learn from all. Tech savvy, CTE from day one. Leads?
