Hi I joined virtusa on 14June 2022.Hr just call me and ask me to submit few documents on the portal and after that no one call me even no one connected me for further process.I don't know anything regarding my project and all.Even they didn't ask me for any bank details and all anywhere.And also after submitting documents .I got an email saying onboarding completed we will verify it from their end.He even not responding to my call as I called her many times.can you guide what's happening??

Sadly this applies to many places these says, including established agencies.
Take the emotion out. Just state the realities. They’ll either take it to heart or not.
have you tried expressing these things to your manager and/or HR? if always makes me sad when the first time someone expresses their unhappiness is at resignation. if you’ve tried to improve things and it’s beyond repair, then keep your resignation letter simple (giving my notice today with last day X date and look forward to direction on any transitional preparations i need to attend to) and then be sure to explain the reasons why with your manager and i would also encourage you to schedule an exit interview with HR and your department head to share it as well. “I expressed that x, y, and z were not a healthy work environment for me and my team and nothing was done” is a pretty clear issue.

Good for you! You should just be honest about why you're leaving and try to be on good terms with them in the process!
