Just say he was working for Theranos' second coming.
Just say it wasn’t a good fit. You don’t have to tell anyone you were fired and most companies won’t say anything negative about former employees for fear of being sued.
He shouldn’t lie but he shouldn’t say anything to make people think he was fired either. When asking why he left (if even asked) talk about attributes of the job he’s interviewing for that he likes more. He could potentially take some time to travel and then say, “the job wasn’t right for me and I decided to take some time off to travel and then come back energized and find the right job"
He’s extremely anxious that he won’t be able to another job due to being fired. Any advice you guys could give him? Will it be difficult to find his next job? His mistake was leaving a container open on the counter that needed to be refrigerated. He rushed out late in the evening. Thanks 🐠 fam
