Current CTC : 17.5 LPA OFFERED CTC: Base: 28 LPA, Joining Bonus 8 LPA, RSUs: 160 Am i being low balled or is it okay. Also, how feasible it is in Amazon India Amazon to promote to L6 within a year of joining.

as an analyst how do I network and maintain connections with external orgs (clients and more so buyers) after the deal has closed? I have their contacts of course but do I add them on LinkedIn after?
