From your experience whats the first year Senior compensation like at different firms in public accounting, particularly for internal audit/SOX/PRC service line? I am up for promotion and want to make sure that my salary is competitive to others out there and determine if I should make a change.

YOE - 8 years(3yrs as Dev +1 yr as BA + 4 yrs as PM)
Current Ctc - 15 lpa

I feel like I am getting underpaid. What should be the probable package i should ask for the next switch or should I continue with the existing company.

In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.
