Just to be clear, does FS to you mean finance function transformation/systems implementation regardless of industry? Or is this financial services industry consulting (banking, cap markets, insurance)?

Depends on the kind of work you have been doing.
OP- ok cool. Most of my peers have been jumping to big4 or smaller consulting firms, tho a fair number seem to lose their alignment to FS. A couple others have gone to banks, one as a commercial banking ops exec for tier 2 bank (was an MD with ACN), the other went to a top-3 US commercial bank as a commercial lending tech exec (was SM/Director at ACN).
