Gave 3 rounds of interview at Accenture Strategy after which HR ghosted me for 3 weeks. Then they are asking for documents to be uploaded which after my successful completion again they are ghosting for 2 weeks. Is this normal behaviour or a major red flag? Yet to receive the formal final offer!

I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day. It’s been more than 10 days and multiple follow ups but still no response. I don’t think I was rude while talking to the HR, I just told my current salary and asked for min. that no.
