OT pay
No weekend work, no after hours, suddenly accounts are staffed properly.
Oh man, if we qualified for OT....that's almost a better benefit than unlimited PTO because there's no way getting around that one 😂
No weekend or round the clock work.
Salary scale and required annual raises for non managerial staff. Job protection - protection from layoffs which would include criteria for layoffs, who can be laid off and rehire requirements. Workload management - either through limitation of weekly hours, number of accounts assigned to or client budget allocations. Minimum required benefits including health insurance, leaves (parental, bereavement, caretaker etc.), and 401K match/retirement benefits.
EOY Bonuses at every level, not just leadership. And seconded for limits on number of hours towards accounts
