Hi - I have donations given to Team Everest for Nov 2021 with receipt. But IBM AskHR says no support for donations tax exemption on Form 16. Thus, the donation isn't deducted on my Form 16. Can I now update the donation directly on E-filing.gov u/s 80G for exemption or will that cause an issue ? IBM

I hope you're joking. A private company moderating content does not violate the First Amendment. That's just not how it works.
No, it's called "lying" where people use nowadays with no shame.
I’ve worked at Glassdoor for a decade, directly with our paying customers, and I can ASSURE you this opinion is entirely untrue. My job would have been a lot easier all these years if we could give our paying customers any special treatment 😅 not for nothing, I’ve had customers cancel their contract because they *cannot* control/remove reviews.
We have Community Guidelines and if those are violated then your post may be removed. That’s it.
OP- I’m conflicted on whether I offer some unsolicited advice here, but here goes nothing: I can genuinely appreciate the passion you have for this topic, but some of your subsequent comments seem to escalate the conversation rather than help it. I suggest trying to engage a bit more constructively as you try to get your points across. I can’t help but feel that there’s a lot of “poking the bear” happening here hoping to rile people up. Please consider what you’re saying and how you’re saying it before hitting that post button 🙏🏼

It's really weird how you keep calling it a scam. There wasn't even a scam lol. Did you even read the page you keep linking to?
Yeaaaah funny how my review of a company suddenly went away or does not appear.. It was pretty objective and I gave them 3/5 lol.
I was under the impression Glassdoor did not hide reviews but hey, here we are.
I had a review taken down, or not published anyway. I don't know why - it was measured and there were no personal elements in it. Probably AI ...
My former company removed my honest review. I was in senior management. I was honest about the husband and wife CEO/COO combo at the CEO’s start up. Top Seeds… who also seems to have vanished as a “company” you can search on here. Either way, I’ll write again… Owner won a marketing contest and prize was an investment group investing over 1 million dollars. At that time her husband was management at an aerospace company. Her company was a snack food/cracker. She was an outstanding brand ambassador and good with old marketing techniques. When investors gave an option to bring in an experienced CEO, she scoffed at the idea. Proclaiming she could be the CEO. Soon after, her engineer husband was appointed COO over myself and other long term employees that started the company’s boom in covid. Now, I’m not a huge fan of leftists. That’s exactly what they were. Their workforce for production was all refugees and getting kick backs in NYS grants. They themselves were not Americans. I felt disgusting and ashamed each day at work. Increasingly so. Long story short I was pushed out/offered a position for the Canadian market “or you’re terminated”… so I said to go ahead and terminate me. Since then, I’ve watched their operation go sideways by a little bit since I left. My marketing department lead is no longer there due to micro managing. Supply left due to COO/CEO not fully understanding the intricacies of filling manufacturing pipelines for a commodity. Whole company was a disaster and there was absolutely nothing that they didn’t try to get involved with. Sometimes it’s best to let a CEO with experience run your company. If nothing else, get an outside COO (I couldn’t have been, I despised their “mission” of using Americas while they openly bashed Americans) …. I’ve been in big corporate and little america. I can tell you that nothing was more awkward than the husband and wife combo. Both of whom were completely green to their tasks, but interjected their thoughts into every detail.
Bottom line? I’ve written a review of this company that was a bit more thought out than the above… and it magically got removed. company is no bueno. Will fail entirely by 2029.
I recently shared my experience interviewing with a company, which was a negative one, and they sent me an e-mail that a moderator denied my post "because you mentioned or discussed yourself or another individual by name, title, or association. As part of our guidelines, we do not allow users within their reviews to single out themselves or non-C-level executives in a negative light".
I never called out any person by name or title so I have no clue what they are talking about. And even if I did, why should it matter? I had an interviewer that was completely disengaged in our conversation, and that is my honest take.
Calling Trump & Musk "the wrong people to cut down the bloated govt" is protected free speech.
Calling them "crooks" is libel.

No, it's not, lol. They have both been convicted or pleaded guilty to civil and/or criminal charges.
Also, they are both public figures. The standard for defamation is higher.

Please tell me you’re trolling and you’re not actually this dense.
Your post is definitely against Glassdoor policy. This is a international network geared towards companies reviewing and job markets, it is NOT the correct forum to vent about your infant country's politics.
It happened to me, I posted a true/honest review that was negative. Glassdoor removed it, saying it was personal. Nothing personal about it, it was professional and accurate, warning people about dishonest, outrageous policies people should have the right to know about.
We are sold to the corporates in every angle.
Someone doesn't know how the 1st Amendment works.
yes glassdoor has been removing negative reviews if company complain about it. Definitely removed mine
