Thinking about pursuing a part-time MBA in fall 2021. Does Big 4 or MBB do full-time recruiting for part-time students in general (I know schools have their own policies)? Has anyone been able to laterally transfer as a part-time MBA grad?

Does anyone regret joining a boutique consulting firm? I signed with a startup out of college (spring 2020) whose founding partners were all partners/Sr leaders at a few T2s. Our firm is super small (dozen FTEs) but does really good work (we charge premium rates and work super cool projects). I’m just having second thoughts as exit opportunities aren’t as prevalent as I thought, the pay/benefits don’t match industry/risk of joint a startup, and I’m not getting the network of a Big4 or MBB

Need serious advice. Been a Digital Strategy consultant for three years, heavy focus on product strategy, research, development. It’s a small but global consultancy (offices in nyc, brasil, colombia). Last whole year been acting as a technical lead on strategy for a team of 40+ consultants across different industries and even sold new projects including new clients considered unicorns. I tried to renegotiate with one of a reputed firm after accepting the offer letter due to the CTC that they offered is 30% less than avg pay for the same role and experience and in return HR said that due to I discussed my CTC with my friends HR team can take compliance issue and they can revoke the given offer.
