Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.
Is 27lpa too much fr tcs? 🤔

What is travel like in FDD?
I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

Longest I've gone without an increase has been 1.5 years. But that also involved changing agencies.
OP please consider switching. 4 yrs, even in this industry, is too ling
Assuming you have had average or better performance, 4 years is unacceptable. Unless there are specific reasons to stay, you'd make more if you left. Remember to go to glass door or salary.com and bump up your asking price. An average Director in NYC is around 150k/135 in CHI. Good luck.
@OP that sucks. Time to jump and negotiate an increase
How's your agency doing, OP? How are you doing at your job?
Why have you stayed this long at this level and salary?
Account people jump up in pay so fast. Creative seems opposite. I hear tuns with n raises after a few years. I feel terrified the market is so oversaturated.
^which industry isn't these days?
@AccountDirector - does your performance review offer any insight? What does your manager say? I would've left after 2.
That's an oversight - no cost of living increase either? Or just nothing significant?
