I am expecting an offer but I have a feeling they will ask for my existing & then offer accordingly . I have 9.5 years of exp. but my existing is low as my existing comp. Is from a tier 2 city. Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

So Delta is rewarding all its SkyClub members by cutting back when you can actually use the club. Starting 6/1, it has to be within 3 hours of your flight. But worse, you will not be able to use the club after you land for a call or a quick snack unless you are on a layover.

Today's middle seat occupant is manspreading at a 90° angle - touching both my and the aisle-seat's legs. He's also sticking his elbows out on both armrests so that we touch him if we sit upright...

My flight has 88 open seats today! Wonder if they will cancel and combine with the flight 1 hr before it 🤔
