Going to the loop with Amazon for pre-sales L5 role. Had my loop prep with the recruiter. At the end they wanted to talk about TC. They came in very low with 160-180k tc. I asked to reschedule the compensation discussion. Is this really how low an L5 is in TC. I was shocked when base is only 100k.

Hi all 🙂👋🏻 Apologies for such a late post. I have an offer of 18 CTC(1L joining bonus) from Larsen & Toubro Infotech & 12.5 fixed from IBM .
My joining in both are in around May last week. Tomorrow my IBM pre onboarding HR will connect with me. Should I ask for a counter offer tomorrow itself?
Or should I ask 2 weeks before joining?

I just graduated from my bachelors and I have received an offer for 3k per month (incl bonus) from Accenture in tech consulting (level 11), which was my top choice. However, I am not very satisfied with the pay so I wanted to ask:
1. I might also get offers from PwC or Deloitte, are they likely to pay more?

Here is my idea for a startup! I collect all the data from career transitions and use Data Analytics to predict the most likely career transitions. I could start with consulting. What do you guys think about this? I would be able to predict based on your firm(mbb, big4), your experience, which role you are likely to move (Faang pm, strategy manager, move to mbb). I have all the data to do this, but wanted your thoughts. Would the output of this be relevant to you?
