Good Day ! Is there any advice on starting out in project management with limited experience ? I've been getting turned down so far so the transition over hasn't been smooth. I've been in my current role for 2 1/2 years and need a better work environment and pay. I'm also being pro-active by doing the Google project course and reading articles for the field. Open to any coordinator roles to start and constructive criticism is definitely welcomed.

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?
