Compensation is same. Both the companies are good.

Given the narrowing boundaries between testing and dev, which position is better in the long run? I thought it'd be SDET.

Maxed out Roth IRA contributions when I wasn't eligible for 2021 (got a salary bump mid year). Do I need to recharacterize? It's a very small account that's been open for only two years. RANT ----- How to get rid of toxic project????
I made a switch few months back, got into a toxic project and I'm stuck here from last 3 months. Very Impatient & Short tempered manager , adhoc work everyday, lot of unnecessary calls , hard deadlines , no proper planning and estimation of work. Initially I thought it would be ok if I give sometime but everyone in the team same has same feeling and no one from dev team has any clue whats happening.
