Any idea how the job market is w.r.t. non-technical roles(account manager, account executive, etc.) and will companies sponsor visa for such roles??

I just got word that my boss returned from vacation with covid, and he and his whole family have it. They are home, but he’s planning to come in to the office Wednesday. Planning final move from US to Canada this month. Looking to learn from people's experiences on movers and Packers v/s self loading relocube type options. I got initial estimate of 8k USD for a one-way move!
