About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.

I wouldn’t share a PDF or the company you’re interviewing at. I’d black out any details other than the comp if you feel compelled but It’s kind of a moot point - anyone could type up an “offer” and PDF it. Doesn’t prove anything. And sharing details about the company and role you’re interviewing for is risky and gives your counterpart leverage/info that you shouldn’t give them.
All that needs to be said is…
‘I’d like to focus on this role and what my value is to google as this is my first choice. And out of respect for the company that has made me an offer that could be my future employer, and for my own privacy, what I can share is that it’s a company in a similar space and $X was their all in offer.
I’m willing to work with you on the numbers and would love your help since you’ve been so great and have done this so many times.
I know google offers top tier of comp. If google can increase by X%, I will happily sign today. What do you think?’
For reference, I mentioned something by very similar and the recruiter was super gracious but it got shut down by the comp committee. They require competings to move past a certain point (~75% of band)

Might as well share the info if you have it.
At the end of the day...chances are you want Google more than they need you...so you will have to show your cards
They’ll likely ask for a PDF of the competing offer

They did not match, but it moved up and got much closer. Increased TC ~20% (almost entirely through RSU and sign on) and got within ~10% of other offer. I liked the team, role, and company more, and with (hopefully) RSU increases and WLB differences it was worth it
Can you share the details? What's the counter and from who? What is your hiring level and location.
So did you clear Hiring Committee? HC and level generally come together. Comp comes after
