Currently in industry at M and up for SM promotion next year with good trajectory into operating role. So pay is similar to associate but much better WLB.

Just got a job offer but they are only giving me until Monday afternoon to decide. I'm currently in process at several other firms and the recruiter said they can't/won't give extensions. How bad is it for me to accept and then decline if I get another offer? The other companies would be paying 15-30k more and I feel like that's way too much to give up especially right out of school.
