Got an offer at Salesforce for a Program Architect role, increasing my compensation around 50%. I am in Accenture from long period. Should I think twice?

So somehow (I have no idea how) I’m graduating this semester in about 3 years with a degree in Finance.

I’m on an F-1 Visa so I couldn’t even legally get an internship my first year, also Covid started 3 weeks after I began my undergrad. I know thousands went through the same and worse so I pushed myself hard and improved my resume as much as I can.

Now I’m approaching my graduation in December and still no FT role (I received one but got ghosted).

What would you do if you’re in my shoes?

I am a 3rd year senior associate in alternative investment tax and up for manager promotion this year. I really dislike the long hours of this job and seeking to make a move. Although I’m not sure i necessarily want to stay in tax. I have a young toddler at home and want to find a job i like, makes decent money, and has decent hours so i can spend more time with family.

Has anyone been in a similar position and made a move? Can you please share your experience? Thanks!

I had an interview in LTI for a .Net Developer position. There were 2 technical rounds and I got selected. I received an email from the recruiter to submit the documents and EAF. I had submitted the requested documents the same day. The recruiter told me that she will schedule the HR round.
