Got an offer from Accenture as a L / Manager in a Consultant role - does the switch make sense from working at a small (~100ppl) product consulting company? ~10% more salary but right now I have an easy but boring workday.

Yes - Accenture opens up a lot of doors long term. I also had a great WLB when I was there along with some of the most challenging technical work I’ve had in my career.
I’m not technical but Accenture will open doors and expose you to work opportunities you may not see at a smaller company.
Opportunities to move internally grow and the bonus payouts were good when I was there.
