I have 2.5 YOE, 2 of which have been at Accenture in consulting and I have experience with various platforms (excel, Taleo, Oracle Service Cloud, JIRA, and SQL). I feel this offer is extremely low. Any tips to negotiate? I have a call with the recruiter tomorrow. I don’t want to accept anything less than 95K + 5K bonus. Current base is 83K. Is 95K realistic based on all this info?

I started working for a new law firm, much larger than the firm I was working for previously. The main attorney that I work under had noticed some mistakes I was making (I am a NY paralegal who took this position with the understanding that they’d be teaching me NJ and NYC real estate). Anyways, the attorney decided to tell the HR manager about the mistakes I had been making. Rather than HR discussing with me, the manager told my dramatic coworker to tell me..how should I handle this? Very hurt!

Looking for some advice; I've been a paralegal for about 5 years now, and the past year or so has been hard. One firm closed, which dropped me in another firm which was never good for me, and then into another with a culture that was really unhealthy to me.
