Got an offer from one of the big 4


My background check came back with a discrepancy in graduation dates. I noted May 2009 but it was actually December 2009. They asked for an explanation which I provided - an honest mistake, it’s been a while I don’t remember the month in which I graduated.
Is this a reason for concern?

Joined EY India a few months ago in tech consulting and have been working 12 hrs a day + 4-5 hrs on weekends and official holidays too. My project has literally 2 people (1 technical ie Me) and I'm myself new to the technology. I'm expected to make magic happen out of thin air and I don't know how I'm gonna survive here. Any advice?

Not sure about WLB and whether there’ll be enough growth and learning opportunities after reading some of the threads here. Anyone up for sharing their experience? What can I do with my 3 year experience at big 4, if I exit now? My aim was to always hit 6 figures after 5 years of work but I can’t stand the big 4 workload and stress levels that much longer.
