got an offer from TCs for 36.1 lpa for pricing domain
currently at Genpact at 25lpa. (fixed +variable )

is it worth moving ahead to tcs. Genpact offers WFH while tcs has wfo. Genpact variable pay is almost paid at 95%.

while at tcs I have heard multiple rumours .regarding variable .

in tcs variable is 4.6 out of 36.1

please help me chose

Happy wife happy life is a really toxic saying. I’m just shocked how this has become the standard saying for men in relationships. I have friends of mine saying this all the time, and I have just thought it’s so cringe and always want to say my thoughts on it but always decide to hold back. I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
