Got an offer in accounting advisory services as a senior role at KPMG. Pros and cons comparing to audit? And what are the career path/exit opportunities that I can have after that?

I think I'm really bad at communication, storytelling, active listening etc. I'm good at 1-1 relationships, but really bad in 1-many scenarios. I just sound stupid often. Feel like I'm surrounded by people who communicate so much better. Has anyone improved their comms skills as they progressed in their careers? Any tips or courses that helped you on the way?

Hi Guy's, I don't know what I'm doing wrong at the time of refer anyone in the cognizant. Whenever I refer someone, his/her profile does not progress beyond the "under review" section.
So far I have referred 3 people and all three profiles are under review section and under review and " under review" is showing 0% for all three profiles. Does industry have billable hours? At the big 4, we are required to work a certain number of hours each week and if we spend too much time on anything we are questioned on why it took so long. Is that a thing when you go in industry?
