33 / NYC / Senior Digital Producer / 90K after bonuses. How hard should I be looking?

Need a small help. Can anyone please tell what is the C1 level in Capgemini and what is the median salary package for the post?

72k + 7% bonus + WFH permanently

Or

90k hybrid 2-3 days in the office. (20min drive now however I am moving an 1.5 hours away)

They both have their benefits and company match.

The 90k is also a new team so a lot of growth opportunity while the 72k is well established team. If this matters at all.

One EY Recruiter told me that the bonuses for senior are between 10 to 20 percent and last years avg was 17%. Can someone confirm? These numbers seems very high for PA.

Can anyone share their salary % increase (and $ amount if comfortable) for promotion from senior to associate manager? I find the lack of pay transparency at TSG a little frustrating compared to B4. TIA!
