Got feedback from McKinsey recruiter that my R1 interview evaluation was flat with no spikes (for both cases and PEI), which was surprising because I essentially told the same story as my interviews with my other BBs and still advanced to final round. Does anyone know what McKinsey is looking for that the other BBs are not?

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.

I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?
