Your fear of taking vacation will serve you well at a place without PTO
We’re witnessing a super performer in the making
Take the trip. You’ll have something to remember for the next 5 years.
Did you give the date or did they just offer a date? If you provided days you were available, then not a good look, if they just sent you a date the likely not a big deal at all.
Within two weeks is a normal time frame, or at least it used to be. Getting an offer back within a day seems a little extreme.

It’s fine then.
Either go back to your room during that time period and do the interview or check out a library and rent a room from there.
Don’t sweat it.
A work trip? If you say something apologetic and that it’s due to travel for work, it’s no big deal. “I’m so sorry - I just found out I have to travel for work and now I’ll be on a plane during that time slot. I would love to reschedule for XX”
Ah, well, still shouldn’t matter. If you’re apologetic that you need to reschedule and express your desire to reschedule for ASAP, it’s no big deal. Once you get past the initial logistics of rescheduling, it’s not like anybody is going to remember or care about that once the actual interview rolls around. After that, all that will matter is how you did in the interview.
