What about KPMG!?
Should’ve just bought ATK or Bain a few years back
Nobody outside of those firms care about those brands. Go for the money and best benefits.

No matter which way you go, everyone you meet will think you’re an accountant.
So true! The two guys I live with work at Monitor and Parthenon (we all sold our souls from engineering). At parties when people ask where we work we say S&, Mon and Parth - people say “what is that?”, we then say “part of PwC, Deloitte and EY” - people then say “ahh have you finished your qualifications yet? Are you tax or audit?”

All 3? Geez, what's your background?
Id definitely pick Deloitte over the other two. S& doesn’t actually do strategy - EY is watered down and unlimited pto now.

D1 the only thing you’re shitting on is yourself.

S&>EY-P>>>>>D
I might be biased😎
For money: S&
For type of work: Choose based on team (both EYP and S& have stronger areas than others)
Quality of life: Choose based on team
I'd go with whichever one is most likely to expose you to the type of work that most interests you.
More like 9-10 at this point post mba
I'd say EYP, we have a very easy going culture - like no lie and are now positioned to blow out in proportion very soon. Also, we usually offer the best $base
Congrats on the multiple offers. All great firms. Might get more insightful responses if you highlight the specific group that you’re considering at each firm.
D-S&A will give you a good time as a Manager. Story is completely different as a SM. It’s solid in ops, process and cost take out. Some tech work /exposure also comes your way which will be handy for big tech exits. You will get shockingly little Partner/MD value add on any projects other than busy work. So you will learn mostly by yourself.
Pay is not great at all - probably significantly lower than the other 2.
I have no regrets... if that helps
I had offers from all 3 FYI
Rollin with my EYP brothas. I also like our groups.
gang gang gang 😎
Deloitte can be slow to promote (assuming you’re coming in as M) and has been making advancement slower over time. (Leaders who enjoyed fast tracks up in the old days love saying waiting until ppl are ready for success at the next level is key for our talent strategy while making fast track timelines the old standard timeline) also as previously mentioned the strategy group isn’t as distinct and you can easily end up doing other things from a project delivery standpoint (only bad if you wanted to focus in on strategy)
Also outside MBB I think Oliver Wyman, AT K and that LEK one are the solid ones. Then look into big four strategy arms. Then look into big four. Then the rest.
Agree with this. I’ve worked at the tier 2 you mention and EYP. The former are significantly better in terms of culture, pay and projects
What about Accenture?
Accenture Strategy?
Congrats! 🎉🎈🎊
Did EYP just fold in former EY Transaction Services. Not sure if that matters but sounds like it is now all in the same.
We get a lot of hate from people that are jelly of us internally. They say the brand is diluted with the mix of EY with Parthenon.
Maybe that’s it?
Like I said, nobody cares

S& if you like money
Strategy& differs pretty significantly by vertical/group, so getting general responses likely won't reflect the group you would be in
How do exits compared across the 3? Curious myself...
At the end of the day I think exits will be similar, or not different enough for it to drive your decision. Pick S& if you want more money at the expense of potentially worse hours, even though i think this will vary a lot across teams and geos. Pick EYP if there is something about it that interests you or if you like CDDs and your S& offer isnt Deals Strategy. I'm not sure Id pick Deloitte over the other 2
