Culture generally I've found to be really good. People overall are really supportive. It helps to manage the workload and sustain for a longer time if the people around are good.
As a firm, there's a lot of flexibility offered and healthy discussions encouraged.
Obviously there's room to improve on various aspects but I've found it to be a pretty good place to work. Let me know if there's anything specific you'd like to know.
Culture is great
WlB is not that great
More than Elon Musk, sometimes.
More than the clock can measure, the others.
I describe the people as nice nerds (this is a good thing IMO)
WLB not great; projects too fractionated and like all firms right now, onboarding and training has been difficult in remote environment (we are allowed to go into office, fwiw)
Culture is a pride point for ZS and is very strong across consulting firms
Other areas may be more of a mixed bag
Which areas are not as strong / need improvement?
In 5 years I only met 2 people I would prefer (not refuse, just prefer) not to work with, hopefully that gives you a benchmark.
Rising Star
My teams pretty dope. Smart and nice people all around from my experience.
