3 last year which is standard for 1st year SC because almost impossible to hit utilization target due to shortness performance year with no network. Came from MBA

Wait what?! I'm agreeing with his it's whack that they are acknowledging something but not really. D is not giving him the credit they think they're getting. No one understands emanated gets credit for sales. And it's whack they're asking him to stay for their own benefit and still asking him to leave after they're done.
D4 you may not get recognized for it under manager but it does show up on your metrics tile below utilization (or at least it used to before the new metrics tile) there were 2 ,primary sales, managed revenue. It showed the primary sales for me there as an SC and I filled out a sales template at YE.
Either way it's BS and very em unexpected by every partner I've met. But I wanted to share to say the layoff is a a little bigger than just up or out, because I was up and I'm out.

Not performance but market driven. HR told me the attrition rate was a lot lower than expected ( last year around 16% this year 6%) in a very soft market. We beat last year numbers but our growth target we came no where close. Pretty much anyone without a 2 at YE is at risk. And they are bumping people down like they did me from 2 to 3
