Got through 2nd round interviews and been waiting 1 week exactly, no response from recruiter on next steps or a straight up denial. Left a VM and email for her Tuesday..no response. What do I do?

Currently I had interview with Capgemini . All rounds were good . I think I have answered all the questions correctly . It seems hiring manager is also interested. Now it has been 4 days , I didn't get any response .
Generally How much time they take . Or should I consider that my application is rejected because of CTC issue.
My Current CTC : 24 LPA
Expacted : 35 LPA [Negotiable]

If you’re in the final stages of interviewing with multiple companies at the same time and they inquire about other offers and interviews, should you tell them? Obviously not who the other company is but at least that you’re interviewing / expecting another offer?

I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.) I have 1 job offer that is an hour away and pays 45k, after negotiations (Research Associate Position at a University) .

I have just interviewed for a position closer to home and a base salary of 65k, but haven’t heard back from them in about 2 days (He said he would make a decision by yesterday and I’ve reached out).

It is in appropriate to ask what the compensation for a position is after a first interview if they want you to go on three more and the interviewers on my first told me that was above their pay grade to tell me?????
