I am leaving JP Morgan next month and have resigned before completing of my 1 year with the firm but technically my year will be completed next month before notice period. The laptop allowance and the relocation allowances will it be recovered from me during my exit??

That sucks man. It is never cool to be ghosted. So disrespectful. But in any case, you should always continue to move forward and interview elsewhere until you get a final offer in hand. Things happen for a reason. You’ll end up where you should be. Good luck!!

Personal experience:
When they want you and they have to process stuff, the recruiter reaches out within a 5-7business days to keep you posted. When they dont, they are making final rounds on better candidates and making an offer, negotiating it, and waiting for their response.
Why not tell you? Because you are a good runner up and there’s a chance that if they reject the offer, they might consider you.
Conclusion: Keep looking. If you get an offer, let them know.
5 rounds or 5 interviews? Big difference!
Also, agency or client side. Each place is wildly different.
Oh yeah. Then you’ve gotta give it a bit. Just follow up once a week for 3 weeks. If they don’t write you back, let it go and carry on. Places like Zillow and Starbucks here in Seattle take about a month to process hires for an offer
