Took a role out of desperation and it was a big mistake. The firm was toxic and crazy revolving door. After only a few months I was fired "for cause" even though no cause was actually given. Is this the end of my career?

My director gave me a 45 day termination warning. I had a random 1:1 with my director last Friday. She essentially told me I have 45 days to increase my activity (I’m a recruiter that gets measured on daily metrics.) After the 45 days if I don’t meet these requirements I will be terminated. As you can imagine I am panicking a little bit, I’ve confided in a few coworkers and they told me to start looking for a new job because even if I meet these metrics I could still be fired. Any advice?

Resume question I've had three positions over my career one of which lasted 3 months and that I got fired from, the job search took an additional 2 months. Is it worth it to leave the 3 month stint off my resume? It might be easier to explain getting fired then a 5-month gap I was thinking

Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. I did not file ITR for FY 2020-21.I had actually earned around 3,34,000 becoz I wrote master thesis for foreign students and I got online payment in my acc. So is that taxable?
If yes, then my total income will become 521121.

2ndly, whats the penalty for late filing ITR?

Thirdly, I left my previous job on 02 March, 2021, so I received the Feb 21 & March 21 on April 2021. So does it come under FY 2020-21? OrFY 2021-22?

Is it really that difficult to get hired for a federal job? I was interviewed for a GS12 job but never heard back, they still didn’t hire anyone and I didn’t get a rejection. My supervisor gave me 8hours of AWOL because I couldn't show up one day because I was under anxiety. I have gave him letters from psychiatrist,psychologist that I'm passing through this. He didn't care and gave me an AWOL. I want to leave my job because my department is very toxic but I don't want to leave having that on my records.
If I move to another job later on (private or federal) this 8 hours of AWOL will show up?
