What would be the inhand salary for 6 LPA in Accenture?

I accepted a job offer in April to start a few months from now, post clerkship. All conflicts/background check went smoothly etc. Since accepting my offer, the firm has increased their 1st year pay across the board to be higher than my offer was (which was, at the time, what 2nd yeas got). When should I reach out to the recruitment attorney leading up to my start date? Or should I? (Haven't spoken since May) Should I bring up the salary or just assume its higher?

I currently work as a GM and Operations manager for a family owned Restaurant chain in Denver, CO. I run four Restaurants, and two Coffee shops for the owner. I opened four of these businesses since January 2021. My salary is 73k. I feel very underpaid and very overworked to the point of burnout. I’m wondering what “fair compensation” might be. I want to ask for a raise but not sure what to ask for.

How do I design my compensation to get maximum tax benefit in Accenture? CTC is 18 lacs (Fixed is 14,20,000).

Looking at the City of Chicago phase 3 guidelines for residential buildings and it says gyms should remain closed, but amenities can open (not pools) with limited hours and occupancy

I have about 1.5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, and prior to this, about 2 years of people management experience in a different industry. I’ve been offered a middle management position with company I’m currently at that requires me to manage 4 others below me, but is only offering a $5k salary increase - to $65k. I have joined Capgemini in the month of July and have never been on bench before. After joining till today (5th sept) I'm on bench. I keep checking internal job posting as will as jobs in R2D2. nothing found yet. Still I'm getting those harsh alert mails mentioning you have get a project within so and so date..as if I have done a crime. So my question is this risky for my career in all and appraisal cycles?
