I am contracting in IT as SysAdmin and my contract had been extending for last 3 years. My contract is ending sooner by 4 months than end date and my job responsibilities will be distributed among other junior FTE members. Now I am being asked to provide training to rest of the team members while my last 1.5 months in the company and it’s demotivating to provide training to other while getting laid off. Any feedback please?
Am I obligated to provide training ?

One of my senior managers is a boomerang and told me she was laid off when she was 7 months pregnant about 10 years ago. I think she was a senior or manager. She was in a specific group and everybody was laid off. It wasn’t performance based.
