Grrrr! Does anyone suffer from leg cramps? I know I have been walking around and standing more than normal, but for the last four nights, I have woken up with horrendous cramps in my feet and legs. I think I am falling apart this year.😩

I have had these on occasion. I began taking magnesium for something else and haven’t had them since. It also helps to hydrate well ( without) caffeine. Maybe try a magnesium supplement. It’s also good for a lot of other things in your body.

Try using Dr.Teals Epsom salt for muscle aches and take a warm bath within 3 days I felt a difference.

I've soaked my feet in the Epson salt, but never a full body soak.

That is so funny that you brought this up. I too have been getting some cramping in legs when I stretch and in my fingers when I am cutting things a certain way. I just started a magnesium supplement 400mg so we will see. I am making sure I am hydrating with enough water.

Oh, I use to have a similar problem. Turns out I was extremely low on potassium. If you can, force yourself to eat a banana every couple of days. I do not care for bananas myself but chocking a few down a week has completely stopped my leg cramps. Orange juice also has some potassium but I have always been told bananas are the best way to get potassium in your system quickly but you could always consult with your doctor.

I love bananas and peanut butter together. I can barely force myself to eat a banana by itself. It has to be just the perfect ripeness-0ne little freckle - and I can't handle the flavor.

Getting over heartbreak and having a full time job is torture lol. My boyfriend and I just broke up after almost a year of being together.
