Hi All. I moved to a new company , I just got my take home salary and my current pay is less that previous pay ,because of different state and other taxes. My new company is better but the pay is demotivating me . It is almost $500 less per biweekly pay check . What to do get out of the demotivation? So my fiancée and I are relatively late in terms of finally landing well paying jobs and being able to save money instead of living paycheck to paycheck.
