Last monday I got offer from tigers 17.5 lpa
But on Friday From innovacer
I got 22 lpa ( 1 lakh retention bonus)

I want to join tiger only but in hr call of tiger last Monday he was initially giving me 15 + 1 joining bonus only then later on I aksed sir I will stop giving any interview from now on and dircatly join tiger analytics, so he said I believe you and gave me

Now i am feeling littel uncomfortable going again to him and asking for raise 😐

For a customer success manager with 3 YOE, what’s the expected compensation? Experience working with 100+ accounts to also be in a dedicated role with top 5 ARR client.

Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role. Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. Turns out he was telling me I was scheduled for 3 different interviews for 3 different teams in one day. Has anyone heard of a company doing that or gone through this for an interview? How hard is it to get an interview for SWE at FAANG outside of on campus recruiting? I’m in GT’s OMSCS program right now, hoping to take advantage of career fairs this fall, but I don’t know if I’ll have enough time to prepare for the technical interviews before then. I work at a mid tier firm in an audit group of ~20 people. We’ve recently had two seniors and a manager leave, and I just found out another senior with a ton of big jobs is leaving in three weeks. I got offer from XYZ company, but my current company ABC had a call with me and had me stay in the current company. They offered me same offer which XYZ offered. But they officially didn't give any offer letter but they said you will get revised salary in march month. But I didn't receive revised salary. I just have mail confirmation regarding retention offer. Again I spoke to concerned person this month, they said, central team is processing still, in April'22 u will receive revised salary.
