Never hesitate to revisit the conversation and ask for a raise. In the corporate world, emotions should take a back seat. Just like companies, clients often back out of deals at the last minute if they find a better offer from another vendor—it's all part of business. Similarly, you can approach your employer and say, "I’ve received a better offer but am open to staying if you can match or exceed this CTC." Keep it straightforward and professional.

Getting the best price for your skills is your right, dont sell yourself short.
You could say that you got better offer
You can say you gave that interview before Tiger offer. There was some delay in their offer rollout which you received now.

Do offer shopping till your LWD and then a week before your joining, go to the org you wanna join and negotiate with them.

bro be shameless in negotiating .. if they really want you to join they will negotiate 10 times without any tantrums and match the best they can do .. after that you can decide
Keep your emotions to the backseat. You will regret your decision to join Tiger on the basis of words given to HR. HR is nothing but admin folks later when you will start your journey. You might find Tiger's job not as fulfilling as you might have thought of. These recruiter use different tactics at different times - putting a gun at one point, playing to emotions and then desperate offering if they really need you. It's better to make them go through third tactic.
