I am worried about this new mail regarding 3 days mandatory WFO.

Only 4 people's from our team are in Bangalore and rest all are in Hyderabad... I feel it's waste of time and money visiting office.

Am new here and not sure about the company's flexibility on WFH/WFO that much yet

I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? Sounds at least toxic.

Everyone who says "I can't wait to be back at the office" - are they really serious? To tack on commute time and public transit anxiety, wake up at the crack of dawn. My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.
