Had a final round interview 3 weeks ago at Morgan Stanley for a middle office off-cycle internship role. I'm trying to break into IB, reached out at the 2 week point and was told the office was still making a decision. Was going to leave it to next week to reach out again as this would be a month post final interview. Is this a normal timeline? Or should I expect a rejection?
