Had a phone interview with a Booz recruiter about 3 weeks ago. Followed up twice with complete radio silence. Give up on it or follow up again?

Has anyone ever worked with a recruiter/headhunter? Are there any pr/mar comms focused firms you'd recommend?

Resume question I've had three positions over my career one of which lasted 3 months and that I got fired from, the job search took an additional 2 months. Is it worth it to leave the 3 month stint off my resume? It might be easier to explain getting fired then a 5-month gap I was thinking

Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.

Got my MBB offer as an Exp Hire! A few insights from my case prep. I practiced ~10 cases solo using Case Coach videos. I'd watch the interviewer speak, pause the video, practice (speak out loud, ask questions, explain my approach, even time myself), then play to see what the candidate did, and evaluate myself for gaps.

I also learned the evaluation criteria and internalized the generic case frameworks.

I do work in consulting and had done live case interviews 5 years ago

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Hoping this gets more traction here. Received two offers: 1. Manager role at another big 4 @ 160k. 2nd offer is Senior project manager role in industry @ 190k. Bonus % is about the same. Not sure cont
